This website
When you send the fitting-call form we keep your name, email, what it's for, your email provider and anything you write in the box. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the call. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.
The site has no advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (like your IP address) to deliver the page and block abuse.
If you don't become a client we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
If you become a client
Before we connect anything you get a written data processing agreement. It names exactly what your agent can access, where it runs, and every company involved: your server host, the EU host of the AI model, and Telegram for chat. You are the controller of your data; we act as your processor.
Your agent's emails are processed on your own server and by open AI models hosted in the EU. They are not sent to OpenAI, Google's or Microsoft's AI services.
When you leave we revoke access, delete your server, data and backups, and send you a signed deletion certificate.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
